Kiwifruit
Snowpeas
Broccili
Couliflower
Large handful of dried fruit and mixed nuts
Dinner:
Baked Pineapple, Zucchini, Cherry Tomatoes, Green Beans, Mushrooms
Brown Rice
Soy Sauce
I can’t believe the amount of energy those mixed dried fruit and nuts gave me. I when for about a 3 K run afterwards, cause i didn’t know how to contain myself lol
